1. Depart Kahului Airport Rd onto Keolani Pl (0.2 mi).

2. Continue straight onto HI-380/Keolani Pl (0.4 mi, pass Courtyard by Marriott at 0.6 mi).

3. Turn left onto HI-311 S/Mokulele Hwy/S Puunene Ave (6.5 mi).

4. Keep straight onto HI-31 S/Piilani Hwy (4.7 mi).

5. Turn right onto Alanui Ke Alii Rd (0.5 mi).

6. Turn left onto S Kihei Rd (Pizza Hut on the corner).

7. Stay on S Kihei Rd (0.2 mi) to arrive at Kihei Alii Kai.

Parking: Park behind the building at the top of the hill, around (not under) the tennis courts. Avoid spots marked "OWNER."

Parking Permit: Get a permit at the Self Registration office (pool level). Fill it out, place half on your windshield, drop the other half in the office dropbox. Vehicles without permits may be towed.

To Unit C403: Take the elevator to the 4th floor. Follow the path down two small stair sets to Building C, Unit C403.

Entry: Use the door code sent by Zapher via the reservation app. Please contact Zapher for the current digital lock code — open the screen door to see the lock on the wooden door.

Alternative door access: Only use the metal lock box on the wall if the key pad is not working. There is a key for the door in the lock box. Please ask Zapher for the lockbox code. Make sure to return the key to the lock box upon departure.

Wi-Fi: Free high-speed Wi-Fi — Network: Leidback, Password: AlohasOnly28!?

Beach Toys: Two longboard surfboards, beach towels, and more. Use them at your own risk. Replacement costs will be deducted from the security deposit or billed if items are damaged or missing.

Pool/Common Area Key: Hanging on the armoire door — return it after each use.

100% No Smoking — inside, outside, on the lanai, etc. 100% smoke-free property with a $500 fine for the first violation and every violation thereafter.

Quiet Hours: From 10 PM, keep noise levels low in walkways and the unit. The walls are thin. Locals sleep early to catch the morning surf.

Pool/BBQ Areas close at 10 PM. No drinking glasses or china — use provided plastic cups.

Clean Up: Leave common areas clean and hazard-free.

Lanai: Don't leave items (towels, toys, glasses) outside — wind can blow them away. No hanging items over railings.

Self Check-In for Cars: Finish the front desk form within 24 hours to avoid towing.

🚁 Drones are not allowed anywhere on the property or for use in the neighborhood. There are strict airspace and privacy laws which must be followed.

Fines: Violations result in fines deducted from your damage deposit or billed separately.

Cleaning: If the condo isn't spotless on arrival, contact Zapher right away for a quick fix.

Washer/Dryer: Don't overload the washer or use hot water during showers. Clean the dryer filter and keep closet doors closed to avoid heat/humidity buildup.

A/C & Fans: Open doors and use fans for natural trade winds. If using A/C, close doors/windows and turn off all ceiling fans (they pull hot air down, making cooling harder). Keep A/C off when not in the unit to prevent coil freezing.

Sand Control: Rinse feet, shoes, and toys at outdoor showers before entering to avoid extra cleaning fees.

Surf: Head to Charlie Young Beach (1 mi away) for beginner lessons.

Snorkel: Book a Molokini tour — one of the world's best snorkeling spots.

Explore: Drive the Road to Hana or watch a Haleakalā sunrise.

Eat: Savor seafood at Mama's Fish House or pies at Leoda's.

The Kihei Food Oasis is nothing short of EPIC. Highly recommend for dinner and a fun night — about a 15-minute walk from the condo going north.
