1⚖️📘 Legal Stuff (Mandatory)
Please make sure all invitees have read the Guest Agreement.
By entering the property, all guests confirm they have read the Guest Agreement in full and agree to all terms.

Pro Tip: DO NOT USE UBER TO LEAVE THE AIRPORT. Uber typically requires guests to meet the driver on the other side of the bridge, outside of the airport — it's not worth the long walk. Take a taxi for a few dollars more. This is the one time a taxi is the better option.
Tell the taxi driver the destination is the Amapas area in the Romantic Zone.

🗺️ Landmark: It's directly across from the Horizon Condominium Complex, at the dead end ("cerrado") at the top of the hill.
🚨🚨🚨 IMPORTANT: MANY DRIVERS DROP GUESTS AT THE WRONG BUILDING. Confirm the drop-off is at TERRAZA DEL MAR, located directly across from Horizon Condominium. Look at the photo below and confirm it matches the building. Do not exit the taxi until certain.
We are in Zone 2 (GREEN) for taxi fare zones.

If there is any issue accessing the building, call unit 6 on the intercom — it will ring Zapher's phone and the gate can be opened remotely.
EXIT Building: Press the red button to the left of the door on the wall by the bulletin board.
ENTER Building:
✅ Option 1 (QR Code): Hold QR code about 6″ (15 cm) from the camera. Wait for beep or green light — door unlocks automatically.
🔢 Option 2 (Access Key): Tap "Contraseña" (Password). Enter the code sent by Zapher. Tap ✔️ or "OK".
🔢 LOWER LEVEL GATE CODE: Contact Zapher for the current lower level gate code.
📞 Emergency — Call Unit 6: Tap "Buscar", type or scroll to "Unidad 6". Tap "Llamar" — this rings Zapher's mobile directly.
4🚠 Using the Funicular
⚠️ IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: The funicular is a private hillside elevator that can be very dangerous and is not always dependable. It is to be used entirely at the guest's own risk. No liability is accepted by the building owner, property manager, or Dajani Properties for any injuries, malfunctions, or deaths resulting from use of the funicular. Guests who are uncomfortable using the funicular should use the stairs.
🚷 Maximum 3 people at a time — strictly enforced.
Push button #6 for the unit's private floor.
Wait 20 seconds for activation after pressing.
❌ NEVER jump on or off. Always wait for it to come to a full and complete stop before entering or exiting.
⚠️ If overloaded or misused, the funicular may break. Use stairs as backup.
Rules: No children under 13 without an adult. No tampering or force-opening. Use at your own risk.
5🔐 Entering Unit #6
After using the funicular or stairs, there will be a metal security gate in front of the unit. This gate is NOT locked, but appears closed. Reach inside the gate and pull the interior lever to open it. Please close the gate each time for security.
Use the electronic lock code sent by Zapher via the reservation app, followed by the 🔐 symbol. This is the master code for the entire stay.
The lock is active from 4 PM on check-in day until 11 AM on check-out day, unless otherwise arranged.
6🛡️ Safety & Security
Lock all doors and windows when leaving or sleeping.
Ring security cameras are installed outside at all perimeters.
Motion lights outside activate 1 AM–7 AM.
🚫 Do NOT bring unknown guests or locals into the unit.
7🧳 Safe in Master Bedroom Closet
Use the master bedroom safe ONLY.
Do NOT use the guest bedroom safe.

8👣 Keeping the Villa Clean
Remove shoes at the door.
Notify Zapher of stains or issues upon arrival.
Shower after beach trips before using any furniture.
Furniture is custom and high-end — easily damaged by sand, oil, or sunscreen.
9🧼 Cleaning
Contact Zapher immediately if something was missed during cleaning — it will be resolved promptly.
10📶 Wi-Fi — Two Separate Networks

⚠️ Note: The Pool Wi-Fi and the Unit Wi-Fi are two completely different networks. Use the QR code for the unit and the credentials above only when at the pool.
11🧖 Jetsetter Spa Instructions
This is a Jetsetter Hot Springs Spa (3-person) located on the private patio.
🚿 Shower before entering to help keep the water clean.
To open the spa: Push the cover south about 6 inches to release it, then lift the cover completely open.
Please do not put oils or soaps into the water.
Please ensure the hot tub is covered at all times when not in use — otherwise, the water will get dirty and the tub will need to be drained and cleaned before next use, which takes 48–72 hours.
12💧 Hot Water System
Instant hot water — infinite supply!
13❄️ A/C Guidelines
Turn off A/C units when not in the condo. Leaving them on can cause the system to freeze.
If frozen, it may take up to 48 hours to thaw.
Use bedroom A/Cs only at night. Master: Use ❄️ snowflake icon; 23°C is ideal.
Electricity in Mexico is very expensive — conservation is appreciated.
14🔌 Appliances
Oven: Contact Zapher via the reservation app for assistance.
Washer: Use of the washing machine is only recommended when guests will be in the unit for the entire duration of the cycle. The washer can make loud noises and may become unbalanced during spinning — if that happens, stop the washer and redistribute the load. If used improperly and it breaks, the guest may be responsible for replacement.
15🚰 Filtered Water
There are two sources of filtered drinking water:
• The small faucet at the kitchen sink (UV/Osmosis filter).
• The filtered water dispenser built into the refrigerator door and ice system.
16🏘️ Good Neighbor Policy
Please respect the peaceful, residential nature of Terraza del Mar:
🕙 Quiet Hours begin at 10:00 PM. No hot tub, loud talking, yelling, or music after 10 PM.
🚭 This is a 100% smoke-free building — inside the condo, outside, and in all areas of the building.
🚷 No parties, events, or unauthorized guests. Only registered guests are allowed.
💸 All HOA fines resulting from violations are the responsibility of the renter.
🚁 Drones are not allowed anywhere on the property or for use in the neighborhood. There are strict airspace and privacy laws which must be followed.
🧹 Common areas should be left clean and clear of personal belongings.
🚠 Funicular rules must be followed — maximum 3 people, no jumping on or off, always wait for a full stop.
🏡 Outdoor Furniture: Remove covers during use. Replace if rain is forecast.
⚠️ Violations: $1,000 fine and immediate eviction without refund.
17🚖 Taxi & Rideshare Info
Walk to the main road to flag down a taxi (typical fare: 80–100 pesos).
Uber, Didi, and InDriver are widely available and usually cheaper.
18🏖️ Beaches
Beach chairs, towels, and a cooler are in the condo laundry room — guests are welcome to use them.
Closest & most private: Conchas Chinas Beach — 10-minute walk.
To reach Los Muertos Beach/Town: exit from the pool level, follow the path toward Conchas Chinas Beach, then walk north along the shore — about 20 minutes.

Try a walking food tour on Day 1 — a great way to get oriented and find favorite restaurants.
